  • 5pm – 7pm - Street Athletics (with Linford Christie) - Randells Road


    • Street Athletics is a series of community focused events throughout the UK hosted by Linford Christie, where young people are invited to race against each other over 60m.

    This Bemerton Street Athletics will consist of a series of races and will result in a final race for each age group. Races will be split into four age group categories (U20’s, U17’s, U15’s & U13’s) for boys and girls. The top 3 from each age group category (boys & girls) will be invited to attend the Grand Final in Albert Square, Manchester. 24 Athletes from each City will race at the Final.

    Saturday 2nd June

  • 2pm - 4.30pm - Free Café - Bingfield Park
  • 11.30am - 4.30pm - Football: Panna cage and Penalty Shootout with ‘Arsenal in the Community’
  • 3pm - 5pm - XLP Bus - Randells Road


    • The XLP bus and team will be around for young people to hang out with games consoles, computers and chill out areas.


    Sunday 3rd June

  • 11.30am - 4.30pm - Practical Projects - Bemerton
  • 1pm - 4pm - Jubilee Street Party - Canoustie Drive


    • Come along to our Street Party with live music, face painting, crafts for children, a magician and bouncy castle. Just bring your own packed lunch.


    Monday 4th June

  • 11.30am – 4.30pm - Football tournament - Bingfield Park Football Pitch
  • 1pm – 2.30pm - Free BBQ - Bingfield Park
  • 1pm – 4.30pm - A fun day with a bouncy castle, face painting, Bingfield Park, live music, crafts, and a prayer tent
  • 1pm - 4.30pm - Free Café - Bingfield Park
  • 1pm - 3pm - XLP Bus - Randells Road
  • 3pm – 4.30pm - Art Showcase - Bingfield Park


    • The Art Showcase is a talent show for local young people to perform, whether that is singing, dancing, MCing. The winner will be given 2 hours of recording time with the XLP mobile recording studio and £50 JD Sports Vouchers.
